Waitlist Policy 
 
Potential buyers must first fill out a puppy application. Once your application has been approved, you’ll be asked to pay a portion of the deposit ($100) in order to be placed on our wait list; this fee will hold a spot on our list for up to 1 year from the date it's placed.You may switch to any litter you'd like within that one year time frame as long as you don't already have a puppy placed on hold. All buyers have the option to be placed on our “Approved List”, this is a list of applicants who’ve been approved but aren’t quite ready to make a commitment within the one-year time-frame. Please note that those who are on the “Paid Wait list” have the opportunity to place the remaining portion of the deposit ($200) to place a puppy on hold first. If we still have available puppies after offering to those on the paid list, we will then offer those puppies to our Sirius Sibes Tribe family, then to those on the approved list. Those on the approved list will need to pay the full deposit amount($300) to place a puppy on hold. 
Both portions of the deposit will go towards the total purchase price & are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once a puppy is placed on hold, you may not transfer your deposit to a different litter for any reason. If you choose to back out of a puppy sale or the puppy of your original choosing is not fit for purchase & you choose not to pick from the current available puppies that are fit for purchase, your deposit will be forfeited.
 
We reserve the right to first pick of any litter we produce. Although we will not be exercising this right often, we do have it in place so we have the opportunity to choose any puppy we would like to keep for ourselves or if we have a puppy owed to someone else(stud service pol, replacement, trade, etc). In addition, we reserve the right to back out of any sale for any reason. 

We do not guarantee coat/eye color & coat thickness or length. 
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

Communication is very important to us! If at any time we reach out to you & you do not respond within 48hrs during the application process, puppy picking or puppy waiting time frame , your application will be denied, you will lose your spot on our wait list, if a puppy was chosen and placed on hold, the puppy will be relisted as available and any money paid will be forfeited.
